General Information

By definition, Electrical-Electronics Engineering (EEE) is a branch which covers several disciplines. When local and foreign engineering programs are analyzed, it can be seen engineering branches have similar curriculum with different names: Electrical Eng., Biomedical Eng., Instrumentation Eng., Control and Automation Eng. etc. EEE has a mixed and wide curriculum covering all listed programs' some courses, so this is a privilege for Electrical-Electronics Engineering.

EEE was defined for the first time as a profession with the commercialization of electric telegraph and power supplies in the late 19th century. However today, EEE covers a wide range of concepts from electricity generation and distribution to electronic card and device design, manufacturing, maintenance and calibration, embedded systems design and programming, the use of modern communication systems and development.
